A health talk was conducted on Thursday, 20th August, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for students of Grades 6 to 8, focusing on the importance of spinal health, posture, and physical well-being. The session was led by Dr Lalit Bafna, Orthopaedics and Sports Injury Specialist, and Dr Nikhil Jain, Spine Specialist, from Manipal Hospital. The interactive session provided students with valuable insights into maintaining a healthy spine, adopting correct postures, and preventing common back-related concerns. The doctors engaged students through questions and practical demonstrations, making the session informative and engaging. Students also participated in a few simple poses and stretches to relax and stretch their backs. The session encouraged students to develop healthier habits and become more mindful of their posture and physical well-being.
