A Day with Alumni

OPG World School organized A Day with Alumni, an enriching interactive session for the students of Class XII. The event brought together alumni from diverse professional backgrounds including interior design, law, engineering, medicine, commerce, music, aviation, and chartered accountancy. Each alumnus shared valuable insights from their respective fields, offering students a glimpse into real-world experiences beyond academics. The session was highly engaging as students eagerly asked questions about career choices, essential skills, challenges, and the practical aspects of professional life. The alumni also shared guidance on how to align one’s interests with future goals and emphasized the importance of adaptability and continuous learning.

Lunch was followed by delightful photo sessions that captured the joyous reunions and memorable interactions.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks, leaving students motivated and better informed about the vast spectrum of career opportunities ahead.

    Inter-House India Quiz Ignites Young Minds

    On 23rd September 2025, the Inter-House India Quiz for Grades IV–V brought together enthusiasm, knowledge, and patriotism. Students displayed sharp wit and quick thinking as they delved into India’s rich history, vibrant culture, and remarkable achievements. Engaging rounds such as Guess the Famous Personality, Clue to the Monument, Emoji Yatra, Mind Mingle, and Rapid Shots created a lively atmosphere, blending fun with learning. The event not only celebrated India’s legacy but also inspired students to cherish and take pride in their nation’s heritage.

      Voices of Vision – Celebrating Freedom through Civic Responsibility

      As part of India Month celebrations, an Inter-House competition titled ‘Voices of Vision’ was held for Grade IV on 26th September 2025 on the theme “Celebrating Freedom by Embracing Our Civic Duties.” The event encouraged students to share their views on the importance of responsible citizenship and civic duties in nation-building.
      Through expressive and thoughtful presentations, the young speakers showcased how every citizen’s contribution helps shape a stronger and more progressive India.

        Pulse for a Cause | Blood Donation Camp at OPG World School

        OPG World School hosted a Blood Donation Camp on 4th October 2025, bringing together parents, staff, and students in a powerful act of service and compassion.
        The event, a student-led initiative, collected 53 units of blood, symbolizing hope and humanity. It reflected OPG’s belief that true leadership grows from kindness, empathy, and action.
        The drive ended on a heartwarming note — with lives touched, spirits lifted, and a community united for a cause that truly matters.

          Shaashvika Yadav Secures International Rank 2 in CREST Spelling Olympiad

          We are proud to announce that Shaashvika Yadav of Class 3E has achieved an outstanding milestone by securing International Rank 2 in the prestigious CREST Spelling Olympiad. Her remarkable dedication, strong vocabulary, and consistent efforts have earned her this well-deserved recognition on a global platform.             Educational Visit to AIIMS

            On 27th September 2025, a group of 11 students from our school visited the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, for an enriching exposure to the medical field.
            The programme included hands-on training in CPR, dental and eye screenings, and visits to departmental exhibits showcasing advancements in biomedical sciences, diagnostic technologies, and treatment methods. Students also interacted with medical professionals, gaining valuable career insights and a deeper understanding of healthcare innovations.
            The visit proved to be both educational and inspiring, motivating students to explore future opportunities in medicine and research while fostering respect for the field of healthcare.

              Bounce, Pass, Shine: Delhi State Senior Basketball Championship

              We are proud to announce that our students—Siddhi Kaira (Class 9B), Riddhi Kaira (Class 9C), Riddhi Mahajan (Class 10B), and Drishti Sehrawat (Class 9B), actively participated in the Delhi State Senior Basketball Championship 2025–26, held at Wazirabad, Delhi.

              Representing the school at the senior level, their participation in this prestigious championship stands as a testament to their hard work, discipline, and passion, and serves as an inspiration to their peers.
