Future Founders Challenge 2025

Students of Class XI Commerce – Kanav Goyal, Adarsh Srivastava, and Shouryaveer Singh Rathore – represented the school at the Finale of the Future Founders Challenge 2025 held at UPES, Dehradun. Selected from over 500 teams nationwide, they secured a place among India’s top young innovators.
At the event, the team presented their startup idea “Wush”, an innovative shoe concept with a replaceable upper designed to promote sustainability, affordability, and creative customization. Their clarity, confidence, and originality earned praise from the judging panel.
The team was honoured with the “Best Presenter Award”, a proud achievement that reflects their creativity, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit.

    Aahana Glides to Glory: OPG’s Young Skating Star Shines Nationally

    Aahana of Class II-E made OPG proud by representing the school at the CBSE Skating National Championship 2025, where participants from across India and abroad competed. In her debut at this prestigious event, she secured 8th position in both the Under-9 300m Inline Time Trial and the 1-Lap Road Race, gaining invaluable experience and motivation. She also excelled at the 52nd Delhi Skating Championship and has been selected to represent Delhi at the 63rd National Skating Championship, marking another proud achievement for OPG.

      OPG World School Excels at Comastitva 2025, DPS R.K. Puram

      OPG World School delivered an impressive performance at Comastitva 2025 hosted by DPS R.K. Puram, securing top positions in two major events.
      In Comic Coins, Nipun Pamnani (XII Commerce) and Nitya (XI Commerce) won the Second Position for their hand-drawn comic strip “Fool me Not,” which creatively highlighted financial fraud awareness.
      In The Economic Quest, Inayat Arora and Hritvi Rajpal secured the First Position with a well-reasoned presentation on how AI and surveillance industries can promote peace through responsible technology and predictive monitoring.

      The school congratulates all participants for their remarkable achievement and commendable representation.

          Personality Development and Self-Grooming Session at OPG World School

          On 30th October 2025, OPG World School hosted a Personality Development and Self-Grooming session for Classes XI and XII, led by Ms. Swarleen Kaur, a renowned personality coach and three-time TEDx and UN speaker. Recognised globally for her achievements, Ms. Kaur shared valuable insights on personal branding, confidence-building and self-development.
          The interactive session saw enthusiastic participation from students as Ms. Kaur addressed challenges like stage fear and offered practical strategies to overcome them. The session left students motivated to enhance their personality, communication and overall self-confidence.

            Career Counselling Session by the Indian Navy

            On 8th October 2025, OPG World School hosted a career counselling session for Classes IX–XII, led by Lt Cdr Merlin John. He highlighted the Indian Navy’s structure, eligibility criteria, and career paths post-Class XII and graduation. The session emphasized NDA entry requirements and opportunities for B.Com graduates, concluding with an engaging Q&A that inspired students to consider a naval career.

              Awareness Session on Understanding Puberty

              OPG World School, in collaboration with Project Shakti, conducted an insightful session on “Understanding Puberty.” The workshop aimed to familiarise students with the physical and emotional changes of adolescence. The resource person explained puberty in a clear, relatable manner, emphasising its varied pace among individuals. Students actively engaged in a productive Q&A segment, addressing doubts and misconceptions. The session proved informative and reassuring, empowering learners with confidence and awareness as they navigate this important developmental stage.

                Recognition in The Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition 2025

                We are pleased to announce that Yajas Gupta (Class VI-C) and Khushee Gupta (Class III-B) have been awarded the Bronze Award in the prestigious Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition 2025. This year’s competition witnessed a record-breaking participation of 53,434 entries from across the 56 member countries of the Commonwealth, making this achievement particularly commendable.

                  Advik Negi Shines at National Taekwondo Championship

                  Advik Negi of Class II-E made the everyone proud by winning a Gold Medal at the Grand Prix Session 3 Open National Taekwondo Championship held on 2 November 2025. His outstanding performance, skill, and determination earned him top honours in the competition. Advik’s remarkable achievement is an inspiration for all young athletes, showcasing that hard work and dedication lead to success.

                    “Aarambh” – Architectural Awareness Programme

                    On 7th November 2025, 52 students of Class XI attended “Aarambh”, an Architectural Awareness Programme organized by the Council of Architecture (CoA) at the National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA), New Delhi.

                    The programme introduced students to the dynamic field of architecture, highlighting how thoughtful design combines creativity, technology, and sustainability to shape meaningful spaces. Through interactive sessions, model displays, and guided tours, students gained valuable insight into the role architects play in building responsible and inspiring environments.

                    A special TV feature by Hindustan Times added excitement, with students confidently sharing their views and engaging in discussions. The day concluded with a tour of NGMA’s exhibits, leaving learners inspired and curious about exploring architecture as a future career path.
