Our whiz kids; Abeer Kushwaha,  Laskshika Sehrawat, Ananya Kataria and Anmol Rathi-students of class X;  qualified for the final round at the Vasant Valley School Multimedia Contest. They made it to the top eight, competing with schools from all over the country and their film received a special word of praise from the judges. A much deserved feather in their caps indeed!!

    OPG WORLD SCHOOL invited the Rotary Club to conduct a workshop regarding their Interact Club for the students of classes IX and XI on 9 September 2022. This interactive session was to motivate the students to become a member of the club and inculcate the habit of community contribution and service.

      Students of OPG World School have taken the initiative to collect waste papers for recycling. We are associated with the organisation- Green O Tech which helps in recycling waste paper. In the months of July and August, we have collected 97kgs waste and the organisation has planted a tree on behalf of OPG world school.

        Abhimanyu Selot, Krrish Bhusan, Neev Negi, Akshansh Meena and Devesh Mann have been selected to represent South West District for Junior State Tennis Ball Cricket Championship 2022-23 to be held at Modern Public School, Shalimar Bagh on 10 and 11 September’22.

          Rudr Sharma of Class IX represented the school in junior NBA State Championship. He secured the Second Position and has been selected for National Championship, NBA Delhi team. Recently, he was also selected for Inter zonal Championship.

            Reyaansh Leekha brought laurels to school by bagging the Second Position in the event- ‘Katha Vachan’ at RENAISSANCE-2022, an Inter School Competition.

              Kudos to Chaitanya Mann of Class V D and Shourya of Class V B for winning the ‘Special Mention’ award in the event-‘Tech Heroes’ at ‘SYNERGIA 2022’, an Inter School Competition.

                Heartiest congratulations to Harshit Bansal, Class IX D. After winning accolades in zonals, now he has made the school proud yet another time by winning the Jodhpur National Ranking Speed Skating Championship. Harshit received 2 Gold medals in 500 meters race and 10 km Point to Point race. He also received 2 silver medals in 15 km Elimination race and Marathon. This skating maestro has much more miles to reach. We look forward to that.
