A workshop on “The Usage of Menstrual Products” was organised on 17 September 2026 for the girl students of Classes VI and VII as part of the Menstrual Hygiene Series. The session was conducted by senior students Alisha, Prabhamani and Kamali, along with Biology Teacher Ms Swati Malik and Counsellor Ms Arushi Singh. Students gained practical knowledge about sanitary pads, tampons and menstrual cups, along with proper hygiene and safe disposal practices. Interactive demonstrations helped clarify concepts and dispel common myths. The workshop concluded with an engaging Q&A session for a better clarity and understanding while creating a judgement free environment.
